52 Fit
Introducing the “52Fit Club” – it is 52 weeks of challenges to help bring you outside of your little running sneaker box! One thing I’ve learned over my years of running is that JUST running is JUST not enough. We can all get caught up in hitting certain mileage goals for the week, month or year – and don’t get me wrong – mileage goals are great! But if you don’t have the overall fitness and flexibility on top of that you are risking injury and potentially holding you back from faster times and longer distances!!
